The Millsonic system is an audio signal convertor that uses a special microphone to monitor
the sound levels inside the mill generated by the impact of the grinding. This then produces a 4-20mA signal which is used to control the mills feed. Benefits of using this system include producing a uniform grind, eliminating clogging, improving productivity and reducing overgrinding.
