One-Stop Solutions has been in existence since April 1991. Operated by Dion Barkhuizen since inception; offering software development services in the PC-based Database field.
Two years later the supply and support of quality computer hardware and software added to the list of goods supplied.
The in-house electronics expertise was put to good use when Electronics was added a year later, and has become a major component of the business with the computer related work being done on reference and concentrating on small to medium businesses in the area.
The scope of the electronics ranges from development and prototyping to final design and small production runs.
Electronic products range from Instruments used in the Mining and Water Treatment Industries, through power supplies, to automation-related modules used in heavy industry.
Although most of the existing electronics products are, to a large extent, analogue by nature. Digital (microprocessor-based) and PC-based automation are also enjoying interest and becoming key activities.
