Pneumax was established in 1988 and is one of many companies in the Set Point Technology Group. Set Point Technology Holdings Limited is a Johannesburg Stock Exchange listed company.
Following 15 successful years of operation at their Sebenza premises, Pneumax Southern Africa relocated to new premises at Aeroport, Kempton Park. The new modern building allows for substantial stock-holding facilities and houses a well-equipped and upgraded workshop.
The company's extensive product range includes the manufacture of pneumatic cylinders and the supply of pneumatic & electric actuators, flow metering products, valves, push-in fittings & tubing, as well as the local manufacture of orifice plates.
As a result of significant growth experienced in 2003, Pneumax decided to open a branch in Natal. The new branch, Pneumax KZN, is situated in Durban and distributes the full spectrum of products as offered by Head Office in Gauteng, Johannesburg
