The following terms and conditions apply to businesses that would like to apply to be listed on our website,
as well as businesses already listed:
1. On successful application of a paid listing, Industryza (hereafter referred to as "we") undertake to host the client's
information on our website (www.industryza.co.za) for a period of 12 months.
2. We retain the right to deny any application which we deem inappropriate for the website.
3. We retain the copyright to all information published on the website.
4. Although every effort is taken to ensure that the website is running continuously, it cannot be guaranteed
due to situations such as power outages, server upgrades, etc.
5. These terms and conditions are subject to change. The agreement is subject to the latest terms and
conditions, a copy of which may be found at www.industryza.co.za/terms.html.
